Do you work with Magento 1 as well as Magento 2?
We can support existing Magento 1 installations, but given Magento 1 is no longer officially supported, we'll usually recommend a plan to move to Magento 2, Adobe Commerce or another platform.
Can you take over support for a Magento site someone else built?
Yes. Taking over an existing Magento store is one of the most common projects we're asked to do.
Do you handle Magento performance issues?
Yes. Slow catalogue pages, checkout and admin performance are common Magento problems, and usually fixable with the right optimisation work.
